In order to make your account tax exempt we need you to download a California Reseller Certificate:

Once you download the form, please fill it up and you can email scan it and email it to us or fax it along with a recent copy of your California Reseller's permit to (772)382-0303. Once we have this form on file you will be tax exempt. If you have any questions please let us know.



Terms and Conditions of Sale For the customer to be allowed to order, the customer must agree with the terms and conditions of sale. The customer agrees to contact us with any problems they might have so we can try to help. If there are any defective items covered by warranty, the customer must process and RMA form within 30 calendar days from the order date. The customer is responsable for return shipping regardless of the reason for the return. Do not assume the merchandise being sold is brand new; even though we try to get brand new items any time it is possible, there are some items that we cannot get brand new and in such case the item will be either used, refurbished, or reclaimed. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

For UNUSED UNTOUCHED flex cables, and LCDs, and other parts we usually have a limited 30 day limited warranty (please contact us if you want to know if your particular items is covered). Once the flex cable is installed on a phone we cannot guarantee it because we do not know if the installation was done properly. You can test the flex cable before the installation to make sure it is working fine (test outside of the phone so the cable is not bent). If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is not used we will refund your money MINUS the shipping and handling charge AND a 25% re-stocking fee. Moneys spent for shipping something back to us are NOT our responsibility and please do not ask for a refund. Note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if it is incomplete or that shows physical/user damage or water damage. Also, make sure the item being returned matches the invoice. If you order the same item several times and one is defective you must tell us the exact invoice or the RMA will be voided. Returning a product that is not ours will forfeit any and all returns and we will not refund or exchange any items sent back to us. Again, if you return to us a product we did not sell your account will be on as is condition without any warranty express or implied.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How do you ship your merchandise? We use a variety of carriers. Please note the charges are not just for postage. We have many expenses besides the postage and we include them in the S&H charge. Also note we have a flat rate shipping so you can order many different items for one low price. The more you buy the more you save.
How can I cancel an order? Please call ASAP. Because we process orders so fast, unless you call RIGHT AWAY, your order will be shipped before it is canceled. Even if you call it is possible the order has been processed. In such a case, refuse the package and we will refund your purchase price minus the re-stocking fee (remember, S&H charges are NOT refundable).
You have several payment methods listed as possible payment. Can you explain them in more detail please? We have several options available for payment. We can charge your paypal account, you can have your credit card charged, or use the COD or Bill me payment options. The COD option is $10 extra charge ($10 more than your total on your order) and a money order is required for payment. For the Bill Me option, a paypal account would be required and we would send you a paypal payment request for the order. If the Bill Me option is used, the order will ship out when the payment is received.
